This Norwich based company is looking to recruit a Telesales Fundraiser.
Their Telephone Fundraisers play a vital role recruiting new supporters for Greenpeace. If you think you have the drive and passion to help protect the planet and become a fundraiser, please submit your details below to apply.
They recognise a happy, fun-loving workforce is good for business. And so is a well-paid one. During training their fundraisers are paid GBP8 per hour, once the four week training has been passed successfully you will automatically raise to GBP8.75 per hour.
That's why they pay a guaranteed basic salary and a monthly sales bonus which should easily see you making GBP22,000 or more in your first year.
- Basic salary GBP18,000
- Realistic achievable targets earn you an extra GBP300+ per month
- No weekends
- Annual pay reviews
- Pension contribution (3%)
- 28 days paid holiday
- Paid breaks
Experience isn't required, however experience as a telesales executive for 1+ years would be an advantage. You need to have plenty of confidence to be a successful telephone fundraiser.
Monday to Thursday 11am - 8pm (90 mins breaks throughout the day)
Friday 10am - 6pm (60 mins breaks throughout the day)
