Building Surveyor

A specialist London consultancy are looking for a APC Building Surveyor to work within their west end office.

A specialist London consultancy that advises on the core sectors of the capital's commercial and residential real estate markets. This consultancy advises on premium commercial and residential assets throughout London and through their expertise and commitment to to client services enables them to work with property stakeholders throughout the market. This consultancy provides a bespoke level of service across asset management, office agency, building consultancy, residential, retail, investment and industrial agency.

Your new role

As an APC Building Surveyor you will be working along side and support senior members of the team to deliver services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, licences for alterations and preparing building reinstatement cost assessments (fire insurance valuations) and planned preventative maintenance reports. You will be given the support and training from numerous in house assessors in order to progress through your APC and become a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor.

What you'll need to succeed

Must hold a RICS accredited degree within Building Surveying and experience working within a private practise. As you will be client facing, you must be confident when meeting with high net worth individuals to discuss their property related needs. Having the ability to clearly communicate the services of this consultancy in order to win new business will be big asset in order to succeed.

What you'll get in return
