LONG-ESTABLISHED MENSWEAR RETAILER SEEKS STORE MANAGER FOR BRISTOL STORE.
My Client has been one of the UK's leading Menswear retailers since the mid 1800's and they have over 150 stores throughout the UK and ROI with ambitious growth plans. They are now looking for a Manager to support the team at their store in one of Bristol's popular shopping centres.
This role would suit an experienced assistant Store Manager looking to take that next step in their management career or an established boutique store manager.
This is a very customer service focused role so the ability to build lasting relationships and gain repeat business from your clients is extremely high priority. You must also have proven ability the get the best from your teams along with driving sales and exceeding targets.
YOU SHOULD -
- Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a well-rounded management style.
- Be commercially minded and have the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and outstanding results.
- Be able to identify and develop talent within your teams to support the continued growth of the business.
You will be a determined individual who thrives in a retail setting and aspires to make the customers shopping experience the best.
Menswear experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
