Becoming a Recruiter with Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): Circa 25k plus 20% bonus Contract type: Full time / Fixed term (initially for 6 months with an option to extend) Joining a newly formed recruitment team, you will work alongside driven and talented individuals to raise awareness of Army careers, with the expectation to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with the utmost care and support.What you will do:You will utilise a wide range of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants including social media, careers fairs and recruiting events. In addition to building trusting relationships with a network of candidates, the Recruiter will liaise with several key internal stakeholders, where you will utilise your strong communication skills and commercial acumen to build rapport and confidence in your recruitment capabilities.
