Are you flexible, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy?
We are currently recruiting for a Night Warehouse Team Leader to work alongside our Parcel Sorting team in Cannock. You'll be representing Swift Personnel Limited overseeing our temporary workers on shift alongside the onsite coordinator.
Your shift will likely be 85% Parcel Sorting and 15% carrying out team leader duties and responsibilities.
The specific duties include:
* Loading and unloading parcels
* Dispatching parcels onto conveyor belts
* Loading trailers and cages for delivery
* Sorting parcels/organising into correct departments
* Managing time keeping and attendance
* Monitoring performance of staff as and when required
* Report to Swift Personnel's contract management team at the start and end of each shift to communicate any issues
Candidates will be required to handle parcels weighing up to 25kg
