Marketing Assistant - Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Marketing Assistant with Graphic Design experience to join a growing full-service franchise and development consultancy service based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be required to assist in all aspects of Marketing for the business and must have previous Graphic Design experience.

Responsibilities;

• Graphic design, creating Prospectus's and all related documents for clients
• Development of on-line presence using website and social media tools
• Using Twitter platforms to schedule tweets at specific times and engaging with influencers
• Finding, creating and providing content for use on our Facebook page, monitoring the number of posts, followers and likes we receive
• Posting relevant content onto the Instagram account and engaging with other accounts
• Supporting the process of monitoring and improving traffic to the website - focussing on blogs and keywords

Requirements;

• Previous marketing experience is essential
• Previous graphic design experience is essential
• Previous experience of creating Marketing documents
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT skills (Word Press experience an advantage but not essential)
• Ability to work within a team
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload

Job Details:

• Salary: GBP18,000 pro rata
• Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire
• Hours: Part-time, hours negotiable at interview
