Between Boston and Spalding, this produce distribution company are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the busy credit control team.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday from (Apply online only) and the job is accessible on public transport, they also offer free parking on site. With an eye for accuracy and great attention to detail your main duties will be to manage your own debit accounts, process and provide reports of the sales and purchase ledger.
Working with nominated customers you will be entering your customer's schedules and rates in to the systems to produce their invoices. This company works with an in-house system (training will be provided) and Excel (you will need experience of).
You will need to be able to work quickly and think on your feet when it comes to resolving customer issues.
You will have experience of the following:
• Working knowledge of Excel, intermediate level
• Credit Control and cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service / communication and numeracy skills
• Working within a very fast moving industry
• Working in an accounts team would be an advantage
This is a company who have continued to grow and expand and are continuing to do so, the work load is busy and fast moving.
As a consequence you may be required to help cover for sickness, holidays or cover the odd bank holiday.
