CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
• GBP15-18 per hour
• Pension
• Health care
• Full Time, Mon- Fri (40 hours)
We currently have a position available for an experienced CNC Programmer with a toolmaking background. My client based in High Wycombe is one of the leading Aerospace associated business in the country, you will work as part of an existing team of highly motivated and skilled Engineers so the ideal person for this role will be a passionate, methodical & enthusiastic engineer.
Significant previous experience of tool making for many applications: (** Key)
Vacuum Forming **
Pressure Forming
Injection Moulding
CNC Trimming Fixtures **
Assembly Jigs & Aids **
Materials: Aluminium, Steel, Stainless Steel, Resin Model Board
Detailed knowledge of 3 axis milling using Fanuc based controls
Previous Haas experience ideal but as long as Fanuc based, other manufactures okay.
Extensive offline programming experience using some of the following packages
Delcam Power-Shape
Delcam Power-Mill
Alphacam
Space-Claim
Additional training can be given to the right candidate
Punctual
Able to take instruction
Team player
Able to use own initiative and interpretation
Solid engineering & tool making background
Actively involved in tool manufacture currently
Able to work to deadlines
Able to work under pressure
