Part Time Trainee Administrator - Property
My client, a highly reputable company within the property industry, has a fantastic opportunity for a trainee administrator to join their friendly team based in Kidderminster on a part time basis.

You must be an active team player with a customer centric approach, ensuring that both internal and external customers` expectations are exceeded to the highest standard.
This particular role is vital to the success of the company, as you will be supporting all areas of the business. Typical day to day duties will include but not be limited to;
Market Appraisals - typing letters to potential clients using standard templates.
New Instructions - ensuring all necessary paperwork is received and completed correctly; entering information from various documents into Reapit; creating letters, brochures and window cards and sending details to vendors/landlords for approval.
Amending existing property details. Photographs, text, brochures, window cards etc.
Ordering brochures and window cards
Creating paperwork - Terms of Business, Property Log etc.
You will also deal with administration in other areas of the business, this includes Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, Commercial Sales, Commercial Lettings and Professional Services
Due to the nature of this role it is preferred that your CV reflects some administration experience from previous roles.
Training will be given and you will have the opportunity to shadow another member of the team in order to ensure you can work efficiently. You will be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The part time working hours are Monday - Wednesday 8:45am to 5:30pm and 6 hours on a Saturday.
In return for all the above you will be offered a starting salary of £15,000 which will be paid pro rata as per the hours worked, as well as additional company benefits, including fantastic training and development opportunities.
