Deputy Network Operations Manager
Are you ready to progress from a Team Leader role or Similar into a Management position within the Learning Disabilities sector?
We are looking for a driven, adaptable, creative, natural people-person to step into a role which involves managing a team of service managers covering a number of supported living services across Rochdale.
You will be joining an outstanding organisation who are exceptionally value focused and as such are looking for a candidate who LIVES those values in both their day to day work and in their own life as well.
You will have experience of auditing, people management, compliance, supervisions, liaising between local authority, commissioner's, families, external parties and professionals and will have a solid background in Positive Behaviour Support and Learning Disabilities.
It is essential for this role that you have at least 2 years experience in a substantive team leader post or above, a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and you must be a driver with your own vehicle due to the nature of the role.
