Established in 1990, PJ Hayman is a well-respected travel insurance and schemes intermediary. We work closely with insurance underwriters and service providers to ensure that our clients get a high-quality product that’s tailored to suit their needs.
Now, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team and help maintain their reputation for outstanding levels of service.
- Salary of up to £20,000 DOE

You’ll become a key member of a dedicated team who are passionate about travel and helping their customers to get one step closer to their next holiday getaway.
Within a welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll receive excellent training to increase your knowledge of our services and ensure that you succeed in your role.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll respond to a range of queries from customers looking to purchase travel insurance.
In this varied role, you will look to implement best practice and deliver the highest levels of customer service in-line with the FCA’s ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ guidelines.
Additionally, you will:
- Respond to telephone and email queries
- Go through quotes with customers
- Ensure that medical conditions are correctly assessed
- Make sure that any issues are quickly resolved
- Build strong relationships with other internal departments
To join us as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need:
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Great communication skills
- To be enthusiastic, friendly and approachable
- The ability to work well under pressure
Experience within a travel insurance, personal lines, medical screening or helpline environment would be beneficial, but this isn’t essential.
We’re eager to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Rep, Customer Care Agent, Contact Centre Agent or Customer Care Rep.
Those who have worked as a Travel Insurance Advisor, Customer Services Representative, Customer Care Advisor, Client Services Executive or Client Services Advisor are also encouraged to apply.
This is a full time role, working shift patterns between 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
