Customer Service Advisor based in Central Hertford offering a starting salary of £17,000 + Benefits + Training

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Checking availability in the chosen restaurant
  • Accurately booking tables, meeting customer and restaurant requirements
  • Proposing solutions where chosen requirements are not available
  • Sending email booking confirmations
  • There are no outbound sales calls and minimal handling of customer complaints

 

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • You will need a proactive nature, a strong work ethic and good literacy skills
  • While full training will be provided, some experience in dealing with people is desirable
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility to work a variety of planned shift patterns 

 

Working hours:

  • Our offices are open between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week
  • Full time, working a 40 hour week on a rota basis between these times
  • Rotas are published well in advance so you can plan your free time
  • You will need to be available to work some mornings, evenings and weekends
