Regional HR Advisor
Rare and exciting opportunity for a professional HR Advisor to join a highly successful and award winning business within the fine food industry , located at their Worcester site.
This role is perfect for an individual that has human resource qualifications and skills and wants to join a like-minded company, build experience, be successful and facilitate the management team to contribute to continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will provide a commercially focused human resource advice / service to the regional sites & regional management team. You will work in conjunction with other human resource personnel / team to provide a consistent human resource function, wherever possible to the other sectors of the business, while reinforcing positive cultures as laid out by the directors and senior management team.
You will also ensure company policies and procedures comply with UK & EEC legislation and help implement and communicate employment legislation changes to all managers within the sector in line with the human resource team as a whole.
The successful candidate will hold a CIPD or CHRP qualification and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law legislation, extensive understanding of policies and procedures related to a HR Function and the ability converse & collaborate with a varied, busy work force.
There may be expectations for you to travel to other sites within the group, which is very rare, so own transport is required.
For all the above you will be offered a competitive salary circa £25,000 which is dependent on experience, plus additional company benefits.
