Maintenance Controller - GBP25-30k - North Lincolnshire
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Maintenance Controller to join an established Truck Rental business based in North Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities;
• Accurately check proforma invoices and information is to agreed standards.
• Monitor and manage order number queries communicating with service agents and escalating to the Team Leader and/or Key Account Manager as necessary and appropriate.
• Monitor overall service agent adherence to agreed repair times, labour rates and part prices reporting on going/persistent problems to the Team Leader and Key Account Manager.
• Report to the Team Leader any financial authority limits not adhered to by the Maintenance Controller.
• to accurately record/enter data.
• Keep accurate paper and electronic records of requests, downloads, internal distribution and communication throughout the order number process.
• Communicating effectively and as necessary with the Team Leader on queries, priorities, concerns regarding suppliers and internal response times etc.
• Work with the Team Leaders and Key Account Managers to improve processes, functions or communications problems.
Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven previous experience in a similar role.
• Auditing trailer inspection documents.
• Commercial vehicle/trailer mechanics. • VOSA standards and UK transport law.
• Microsoft Office Package in particular Outlook, Excel and Word. Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm but may be required to work such additional hours as are reasonably necessary for the proper performance of duties.
