This machining manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer to visit clients countrywide.
The company are based in Worcestershire but are looking for a Field Service Engineer. This role will be located along the M11 corridor.
This position has become available due to rapid growth and expansion and is a great time to join the business. The role offers a salary of GBP35,000 + company car, private healthcare, pension scheme and generous holiday allowance (bank holidays + 25 days).
Field Service Engineer Requirements:
* Electrical / mechanical with a proven experience in working CNC machine tools
* Previous experience in maintaining CNC machinery
* Implementing planned, preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment
* Good strong working knowledge of machine tools and line interfaces
* Ability to work as part of a team or alone
* Capable of sharing knowledge with solid fault finding capabilities
* Good communication skills with PC experience in using Excel and Word
* Demonstrate continuous improvement
* CNC field based engineering experience / background would be highly advantageous
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
* Electrical / mechanical skills required for maintenance of CNC machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment
* Carrying out systematic fault-finding on all plant machinery and ancillary equipment
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance support
* Risk assessment of all duties and development of all Health and Safety requirements to include standard methods of work to ensure safe working practices
* Assess root cause of plant failure and implement effective countermeasures
