If service improvement and delivery is something that you are passionate about we have a vacancy for a Performance and Service Improvement Advisor within our Business Insight and Performance team.

You will work closely with our colleagues to ensure they continually strive to improve services and performance. Therefore, the ability to think creatively is crucial; you will be redesigning services to ensure a more efficient and customer focussed approach. This is a busy role, so you will need to resilient and flexible in your approach, with the ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities.

You will need to have a strong understanding of performance data and improvement techniques and understand systems and lean perspective processes and approaches. Effective stakeholder management is also a key part of the role, therefore it is essential that you are decisive, have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to challenge at all levels. It goes without saying you will be an excellent communicator.

You will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and an understanding of both process mapping and project management techniques.
