Location - Eastbourne
Hours - Monday to Friday - 8am till 5pm
Starting pay - £8 per hour
We have a client who is one of the leading providers in Medical Supplies looking for a Customer Service administrator starting immediately.
The chosen candidate will have previous service and administration experience, you will be joining a friendly and well established team based in Eastbourne. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. This is a temp to permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties will include:
-You will be expected to work as part of a team to ensure that we provide an efficient, effective, friendly and courteous service
-Within the service center you will be responsible for answering calls from service users, carers, family members and prescribers and entering orders into the IT system in a timely manner. The nature of the calls range from; Equipment order statuses, arranging and rescheduling Occupational Therapist appointments and managing the repair and maintenance booking scheduling
-There is also an element of outbound calling with regards to setting up suitable times for the delivery/collection of equipment
