We are currently in a position to recruit for a Office Receptionist & Finance Administrator, due to internal progression, to join our company based in Leamington Town Centre.

We are a creative, forward thinking company where we will always make sure that we are developing you within your career both on a professional and personnel basis.

The role is a varied position and will focus on Office Receptionist duties with some finance admin and general administration, we are looking for someone that likes working in a role which offers lots of variety!

Office Reception duties include -
Be the main point of contact for any visitors, completing visitor passes and making them feel welcomed to the business.
Answer incoming phone calls, in a professional manner, screening them appropriately and directing them accordingly.
Screening incoming/outgoing post, booking meeting rooms and arranging travel/accommodation
Keeping stock control of stationery and consumables
Co-ordinate property facilities

Finance Administration duties include -
Supporting and helping the Finance Team with inputting purchase orders and raising supplier invoices
Matching credit card receipts to monthly statements
Some Bank reconciliation


We are looking for someone that has experience within Administration and if you have previously worked as a receptionist this is highly desirable. We can offer full support and training on the Finance side however if you have previous knowledge of this it would be advantageous.

You will also be organised, professional an excellent communicator and be an intermediate level on Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
