About the Role
- Resourcing of talent to fulfil our clients recruitment needs
- Fully understand the customer's requirements, building relationships with both client contacts and candidates
- Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process
- Providing excellent services and communication to all stakeholders during the process
- Managing the relevant databases and ensure all processes and procedures are followed

- Ideally, you will have 12 months experience in a recruitment resourcing role
- But more importantly, we are looking for "the spark":
o Bright, professional, with great personality, you will be committed to doing a great job in a straight forward way.
- You will have a passion for people and personal development.
- Self-confident, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
