Our Client, a leading organisation within the Information Technology and Services sector is currently seeking a Change Specialist to join their client focused team on a full time, permanent basis to support with the payroll process and associated, recurring change projects.
This is a fast paced, challenging position and requires someone who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities. A flexible and adaptable working style and skill set is key.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Providing support for customer change activities and implementation
* Working to set timescales with each change project, acting as a Payroll subject matter expert
* Providing support to the customer following Go Live stages
* Owning any required manual processing - ensuring high levels of accuracy
* Analysing, researching and validating any payroll issues within the normal processing period
* Adhering to payroll instructions, procedures, quality instructions as needed
* Delivering excellent service to internal and external customers
Skills and experience:
* End to end Payroll process expertise essential
* CIPP or similar qualification desirable
* Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
* Exposure to change projects within a payroll setting ideal
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Detail orientated
