Lettings Manager

Our client is an established and well respected independent Yorkshire Estate Agency with a number of branches across North Yorkshire.
Working across both Residential Sales and Lettings, this leading Agency enjoys an excellent reputation.
They are looking for a Lettings Manager to fill a key role in their Harrogate Office.
Key Responsibilities
•Coming up with innovative ideas for business generation to grow department
Dealing with in-bound leads and enquiries
Registering new applicants
•Booking viewings
•Carrying out viewings (when necessary)
•Chasing viewings appointments
• Carrying out landlord marketing updates
•Negotiating offers between applicant and landlord
•Applying for tenant references and assisting progress to conclusion
•Booking inventory appointments
•Seeking new business
•Booking Valuations
•Conducting Valuations (when necessary) and/or Client Visits
•Following up Valuations
•Sending and chasing Service Agreements
•Working with the Valuers to list and launch new properties
•Re-listing existing stock
•Drawing up Tenancy Agreements and putting together Move In Packs
•Conducting Check In appointments and the setting up of new tenancies
•Setting up new rent roles and chasing arrears
•Registering and releasing deposits via The DPS
•Dealing with Check Outs
•Dealing with routine property maintenance
•Negotiating quotes for repairs
•Instructing works and ensuring completion
•Serving necessary legal notices
•Office administration (ie: preparing window cards / press adverts / Lettings lists)
•Recording and preparing monthly figures
Candidates must have:
•Previous Lettings experience at Management or senior position essential
•Driving licence essential
•Good computer knowledge
•Smart and well presented
•Good communication skills
•Hard working and motivated
•Highly organised
•Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

Salary negotiable and dependant on experience
