Maintenance Operative
Emerson Management Services Limited, the property management division of the highly succesful Emerson Group require a Maintenance Operative to join our in house maintenance team based in Alderley Edge.
The succesful appicant will be part of a team helping to look after the buildings within The Emerson Group Portfolio.
Expereince is not necessary as we will train the right peron. Duties will include general cleaning, gardening, furniture removal, jet washing and various other works.
The job offers a variety of duites and no two days are the same. 42.5 hours per week with some Saturday overtime available. Uniform is provided.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this job.
