Central Employment are currently looking to recruit FLT (Reach) drivers for an internationally recognised manufacturing business. The company assemble, coat and paint industrial components to be used in the automotive industry.
The client is looking for the right candidate that has good FLT experience, and is very physically fit as light lifting of the components is required. The successful applicant will be able to work quickly and accurately and has previously worked in a similar role. The candidate must ensure that all products are of a high standard and quality.
Candidates
Good FLT (Reach and Counterbalance experience) experience.
Have line feeding experience
Can use inventry control systems
Ideally have experience in a production environment
Strict adherence or good knowledge and understanding of a good manufacturing practice
To take care of your own safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions
Regularly working under pressure to complete workload
To work at all times in accordance with the company's Health and Safety rules.
Be a good team player.
Be physically able and strong to transport pruduct short distance.
Have preferrably other licences that may be called upon, I.e Counterbalance and overhead crane.
The candidate will be working a 3 shift rota
Earlies 7am -3.30pm, early finish Friday
Lates 3.30pm - 11.00pm early finish Friday
Night 11.00pm -7.00am
Overtime and Weekend work will be required at times at time 1/2 and double time
Wages are dependant on shift wage is between GBP7.83 - GBP9 per hour
