Customer Services/Senior Administrator
Are you currently in an office based customer service role and looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services person to join a large and highly successful organisation based in North West London near Camden on the Northern line. The offices are based a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station and there are plenty of local amenities.
This role will be based in a very busy customer services department where you will be dealing with at least 50-60 inbound and outbound calls per day. Due to this, you must have a proven ability to manage a large volume of customer calls on a daily basis and you should have an excellent telephone manner.
You will be assisting a variety of customers and clients with queries regarding works beign started, ongoing and completed. You must be very organised, with a friendly and professional demeanour and high attention to detail. 80-90% of your day will be spent on the phone with customers and the remainder of your time will be spent logging calls on the system and completing administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be flexible to start work at 8am (occasionally earlier or later depending on the needs of the business) and be able to use their initiative to ensure tasks for the day are completed.
