Role Overview
The Maintenance Operative will undertake a range of estate-based duties across the Bernicia Group’s offices and estates, including grounds maintenance, litter picking, sweeping and gritting of communal areas, minor repairs for tenants and any other associated duties that may be required. It is essential that you have up to date health and safety knowledge as well as being able to work as part of a team.
