My Public Sector Client is currently seeking a Resourcing Advisor to help them with their internal recruitment on a full time, temporary basis. This position is for 2 - 3 months with a chance of extension to be based at Lincoln Hospital
The Resourcing Advisor will work with agencies and support directorates to appoint and on board successful candidates.
The main duties of this position will be to;
" liaise with the departments of the trust
" Take on different roles from hiring managers and advertise these
" Review CV`s and screen candidates
" Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers
" Support the hiring managers to ensure that candidates remain engaged during the on-boarding process
The Successful candidate will need to;
" Have previous recruitment experience
" Be confident on the phone
" Be able to update databases confidently
The pay rate for this position is £10 - £14 depending on skills + holiday pay
