Operations Manager: £27,000 – £29,000
You will be monitoring and analysing the current system of provision to check it’s effectiveness and working out a strategy for improvement. Manage day-to-day activities, analysing statistics and reading and writing reports. Liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organisation, presenting findings to stakeholders and management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
- Minimum, of 5 years’ experience in senior role within public, private or voluntary sector
- Experience within the IAG and/or adult training sector
- Experience and/or knowledge of Ofsted inspection
- Highly organised and good team player Quality &
