WELFARE ASSISTANT

£23,851 p/a (pro rata)

We are seeking a confident and considerate individual to join our Academic Support and Student Welfare department, with an immediate start. The Welfare Assistant will be responsible for supporting an assigned group of students with their mental health and/or welfare needs, in order to ensure that they achieve high levels of retention and have equal opportunities to participate in and enjoy the broader College experience. Previous experience working in a support role with young people and excellent organisational skills are essential to the role.
