My client offers a fantastic induction programme and continued learning and development to help all staff become experts in their field. You will be assigned to a peer buddy & learning mentor to assist you on your journey. For this specific role you will be supporting individuals who are non-verbal, so they will require your help with communication, you will support them with various tasks ranging from shopping, cleaning & going out in to the community
You will need to be resilient, caring and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Previous support work experience.
Your working pattern could include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends & bank holidays
£7 (£15,060 when taken on permanent)

This is a temp to perm position where after 12 weeks you will become a permanent member of staff directly with the employer. To be suitable for this role you need previous experience within a Support background. Able to provide references for the past 3 years & have an update to date DBS on the update service.
