LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (Temporary - 1 Year)
Grade G3 Point 6 - £18,319 pro rata per annum

32.5 hours per week
39 weeks per year

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (TA) to work across the Federation initially at St Lawrence School, Horncastle. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative practitioner with a commitment to supporting the development of young people with learning difficulties within this Federation. The applicant should have energy for supporting positive behaviour, communication and complex needs and have a relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Experience of working in special education is essential.

The purpose of these roles is to work with individual children having special or particular needs, in accordance with the child’s EHCP where appropriate and / or groups of children as directed by the teacher. To provide support across a range of child centred activities to promote child development and learning.
