Senior Site Inspector/Clerk of Works

£42,427 per annum

Permanent, 37 hours per week

In order to strengthen our design and quality team to support a rapidly growing development programme, we are looking to recruit a full-time senior site inspector to join our existing team of 4 senior site inspectors.

With a strong track record of working in building construction and experience of undertaking site inspections on residential properties to monitor progress, verify compliance with contractual drawings, regulatory standards and employers requirements. In this key will you proactively identify discrepancies, prepare written reports at weekly intervals and organise snagging inspections.

A good knowledge and understanding of construction health and safety will be required. You will have the relevant professional qualifications and have good communication skills and the ability to work with and engage with colleagues, contractors and residents. You would have a keen eye for detail, be well organised, self-motivated and able to work independently. The post holder would be required to travel and visit sites in Paradigm’s areas of operation across London, the East of England and the South East.
