Insparise is a fast growing recruitment agency. We're looking to grow our very busy healthcare division and have an exciting new opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Windsor office.
We're looking for a passionate, highly skilled, motivated, self-driven person who is eager to learn and can work under pressure and deal with challenging situations and is excellent at leading a team.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a team of Consultants and Administrators
- Reporting to Company Directors
- Ensuring the smooth running of the business
- Upholding excellent standards at all times
- Developing business and meeting / exceeding KPIs
- Training staff members
- Managing existing accounts and building new client relationships
- Carry out on-call service during days in the week / weekend as and when required - we have a 24/7 on call service
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous Management experience in a similar role
- Excellent proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets and KPIs
- Exceptionally good customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales & Business Development understanding and implementation skills
- Excellent problem solving and complaints management skills
- Self-motivated
- Multi-tasking
- Reliable
- Highly experienced in MS Excel / Word
- Temporary healthcare recruitment experience is preferred however is not essential.
