The Role 

As the Security Manager, you will advise our customer on all physical security matters and ensure they comply with regulatory requirements regarding the security of their physical buildings, assets and personnel. 

Acting as a subject matter expert, you will ensure that all physical security performance is monitored, measured and reported against our customers’ standards. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Offer guidance to our customer regarding the risks associated with terrorism, malicious intrusion and global travel 
- Ensure that annual physical security reviews are completed for customer premises in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland 
- Identify and address any issues or risks 
- Manage third parties providing physical security services to our customer 

About You 

To join Securitas as a Security Manager, you will need: 

- Experience of providing physical security within a large multi-national organisation 
- In-depth knowledge of the threat vectors for a large financial services organisation 
- The ability to support security incidents in a complex enterprise environment 
- The ability to develop and implement physical security management systems across multiple jurisdictions 
- The ability to communicate complex technical issues to a range of audiences 

Ideally, you will have a formal qualification in Physical Security Management, but this isn’t essential. Experience in a military, law enforcement or corporate organisation would also be beneficial.
