About the Role
Here at Motors.co.uk, we are now looking for a HR and Administration Assistant to take responsibility for all HR administration at branch level whilst providing support in the smooth running of the office facilities.
As first point of contact for all HR related queries, you will produce new position offer letters, handle employment contracts and administer wages and payroll information for employees. Supervising all aspects of the HR admin function, ensuring Managers and Supervisors are adhering to company policies, you will assist with interviews, disciplinary and grievance meetings and attend quarterly HR group meetings.
A large part of this role will focus on recruitment - you will take ownership of the recruitment process, from signing off new roles and getting relevant authorisation right through to on-boarding and inductions.

We’re looking for someone who has generalist employee relations knowledge and who can be confidential when handling sensitive information. You’ll have a positive ‘can-do’ approach, good time management skills and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Strong administration skills are a must, as is experience of Microsoft Office.
Those who hold a Level 3 CIPD qualification or who are working towards this will be of distinct advantage.
