Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Supported Living Manager to join a leading provider in Essex of supported living services for adults with varying behaviours that challenge. Great organisation who are willing to pay GBP34,000 for the right candidate.
My client is renowned for delivering high quality person centred care in supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated conditions including physical disabilities and mental health diagnosis.
The Supported Living Manager will oversee three supported living services just outside Billericay totaling 11 services users with learning disabilities, ages from 26-52.
The successful candidate will have
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Prior experience in a managerial role within supported living services
* Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, CQC and compliance, safeguarding and working families of service users.
* Driving License and Vehicle
