I am recruiting on behalf of a very creative, forward thinking and friendly team who are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team! This is a very exciting time to join as they are going through a fantastic period of growth???
Your day to day duties will include:
* Exercise your creative abilities by producing both print and digital artwork to a high creative standard with accuracy and to project deadlines for a wide range of clients.
* Successfully interpret and follow design briefs to ensure that the artwork produced meets the needs of the client, their brand values and is done so within the requirements and timeframes outlined.
* Confidently liaise with clients to manage their expectations both from a creative point of view as well as keeping them informed of the project progression and status.
Key Skills and Personal Qualities
* Experienced designer who's creativity and interests spans across both digital design and general graphic design.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision as well as part of a small, yet growing team.
* A real attention to detail and ability to handle pressure of working to project deadlines.
* Passionate, creative thinker who is able to take on board constructive criticism and feedback on creative processes.
* Ideally 2 years industry experience or a strong creative portfolio to demonstrate your design skills and abilities
* Solid experience and knowledge of design software such as Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects etc) or similar programmes.
* A basic understanding of digital design and prototype software such as Sketch, UXPin, Invision or similar programmes.
