Internal Recruiter, Based in Essex, Full time, Permanent, GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum

My client, a growing business based in Essex, has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join their team and support department Managers in all areas of recruitment.
Your new role
In your new job role you will be supporting all departments of the business throughout the full recruitment process. Each hiring manager you work with will have specific requirements for candidates that you will need to source. The role will be incredibly varied and require you to have an organised approach and be able to prioritise your work load where needed. Following meeting the hiring Managers you will be assisting with job specifications, handling applications, short listing applicants, telephone interviews, preliminary interviews, managing feedback and the offer and onboarding process. You will play an integral part in developing the talent within this business and ensuring that the attraction strategy is engaging effective.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to be a proactive, results driven Internal Recruiter who can work to tight deadlines in order to fill roles quickly. You will act as a single point of contact for all recruitment within the business liaising with Department Heads regarding recruitment within their teams. You will utilise recruitment methods in order to not only attract but also retain the right candidates, explore recruitment best practices in the industry and implement those into the organisation. You will monitor and reduce, where possible, external recruitment spend.
