We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Owner to join our PMO team. 

Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery / PMO Manager, you will be self-motivated and have strong business acumen, to achieve the desired results in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the realisation of business process related change and associated benefits, including defining KPIs to monitor & improve performance and liaising with stakeholders to agree local ownership. As a business facing role, the successful candidate will work with stakeholders, to identify any country variations to standard process. You will be responsible for reviewing and signing off training materials to support standard process adoption and acceptable deviations.

Business Process Owner Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Working in high profile projects, alongside continuous improvement initiatives you will:

+ Structure, present and facilitate fit gap workshops to identify country variances to the EMEA OTC standard process 
+ Review and sign off local process variations to standard model; challenge any deviations
+ Document EMEA end to end standard OTC processes using standard process modelling techniques
+ Provide process expertise to project teams re process in scope 
+ On-going knowledge transfer / coaching into business representatives and teams (relating to specific processes and / or business process change)
+ Interface with IT to ensure systems landscape requirements are understood
+ Scope, resource and manage the execution of User Acceptance Testing within projects
+ Project Go Live - scope, resource and execute business validation tasks and first time events, review and prioritise production issues, including appropriate re-testing
+ Drive compliance through standardised process adoption e.g. security remediation 
+ Review and prioritise new change demand (to support optimisation of resource allocation.
+ Drive the ongoing continuous improvement of our core business processes.

We Are Looking For

You will demonstrate a strong, structured approach with willingness to drive a team. You will be confident in making key decisions and have experience in leading change at a tactical level. You will possess excellent attention to detail in addition to seeing the bigger picture. Knowledge and experience of our core processes that are enabled through SAP BMore is essential. You will have experience of working for a complex organisation and have proven ability listening to and influencing stakeholders. 

Occasional travel across EMEA countries will be required.
