FINTEC recruit is seeking a Production Manager for our client, a progressive electronics manufacturing business. This is a permanent position based in Cambridgeshire. We are looking for an ambitious Manager with the experience to drive the business forward. Competitive Salary package commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in managing a team of up to 25 staff
- Measure productivity, quality, service, compliance
- To drive performance and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience required for the Production Manager role:
- Strong technical background in either electronics, aerospace, medical, defence engineering and/or manufacturing.
- Good IT skills including MRP/ERP systems in addition to Microsoft Office.
- Experience of implementing continuous improvement activities, maximising efficiencies and driving team performance in a manufacturing environment
