CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Insurance group who have a fantastic opportunity available to join them in their Winchester office to support a Financial Advisor.
As the Financial Services Lead Co-ordinator, you'll be working at the heart of an expanding local business with exciting growth plans, in a role that offers a varied workload from day to day.
You will be responsible for qualifying warm leads (existing customers) and book into the Financial Advisors diary, managing the FA's diary (keeping it full and busy) as well contacting prospect via mail outs, seminars, local events and telephone. You will also be required to support the Financial Advisor and ensure company targets are achieved (business written, and appointments booked) and arrange renewal appointments for the FA including arranging follow up meetings
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess knowledge of the Financial Services market and various products (life cover, personal accident, pensions and investments) and be confident on the telephone, as you will be making around 20 outbound calls per day. An ex Financial Advisor, or someone with experience working in an IFA, or Provider would be ideal as possessing the right product knowledge is a big winner in this role.
You will also need to be self-motivated, driven and ready promote the organisation at every turn to achieve the businesses goals as well as individual targets.
This has the option to be a full time or part time role, so there is loads of flexibility if you are a return to work parent, or someone looking to reduce your hours, if coming from a strong Financial Services background
Office hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm and the salary on offer is GBP20-25k, plus bonuses (potentially negotiable for the right person)
Free parking is also available which is located within 15-minute walk from Winchester train station.
