Brook Street Coventry has an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a world renowned automotive company on a 3 month temporary contract.
Located near to the centre of Coventry, this role will be working within my client`s vibrant network development team which monitor the compliance and agreements with franchised dealers in their vast dealer network group, your role will be managing the contractual agreements with the franchised dealers to ensure entitlement for the support grants.
The main responsibilities of this role include;
" Management of processes and administration of Dealer appointments, terminations and contract amendments.
" Day to day management of the franchise support budget
" Responsible for the conformance of contract management with agreed procedures:
1. Confirm when the conditions are satisfied to make a conditional offer to a candidate
2. Confirm when all information / requirements are in place for the Brands to enter into Agreements
" Preparation of legal documents/letters for Dealer appointments, terminations and contract amendments, and in accordance with agreed procedures.
" Co-ordination of communication with other departments on actions for appointment, termination and contract amendment
The ideal candidate will have;
" Extensive project management experience
" Knowledge of basic legal terminology and contracts
" Understanding of budgets and accounts
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
My client are looking to recruit for this role as soon as possible so candidates that have a lengthy notice period or unable September will not be considered.
This role is an initial 3 month temporary contract, working a 37 hour week Monday Friday. The pay rate will be £17 - £19 per hour.
