Temporary 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Part Time (29 hours per week)

Passionate about great places to live, our client develops a range of new homes - for rent, shared ownership and sale - and provides housing management, care and support and commercial property services.
The role
This is an exciting role within our clients community involvement team to promote two community centres in Oxford making sure they are lively and well-used community hubs. Working with the association and, to a lesser extent, Ark T, who manage the venue, you will take the lead on raising the profile of the centres to everyone in the local community. This will involve appealing to potential users of the venues to increase the use of the state-of-the-art facilities at the centres.
You will also have a supporting role in the development of activities at the centres, establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a co-ordinated programme designed to meet the need of local residents.
Skills and experience required
* A marketing or community development qualification or equivalent experience would be highly desirable;
* Developing and delivering a marketing strategy;
* Experience of working in a community setting would be an advantage;
* Taking the lead in projects.
Due to the nature of the role some flexibility to attend events out of hours and travel between different locations may be required
