Massenhove Recruitment are a specialist Motor Insurance Recruitment Agency servicing clients across London, the Home Counties, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff and Swansea.
On behalf of one of our clients, a leading Insurance group based in Swansea, we are looking for numerous Claims professionals from junior to senior with any of the following specialisms to join their Motor Fraud Claims Team;
Prior experience within Personal Injury - First Notification / First Response - Third Party - Accidental Damage - Fraud - Credit Hire - Loss Adjuster - Paralegal - Claims Administration - Call Centre background an advantage.
Job Role:
Handle/Advise policyholders on motor claims (FNOL, Accidental Damage, Third Party Loss, Fraud, Personal Injury) from first advice to settlement.
Make liability decisions and offer intervention services as appropriate.
Identify claims types to ensure they are Fast-tracked to appropriate teams and suppliers if necessary.
Identify cases where there is reason to consider further investigation relating to fraud or causation
Create new cases and liaise with policyholders to obtain the relevant claims details of cases not previously reported
Validate claims against policy information to ensure Indemnity verified
Identifying the most appropriate repair method where appropriate and instruct the relevant repair specialist
Apply standard reserves upon notification of incident for own damage and 3rd Party in accordance with the reserving criteria
Demonstrate your ability to influence and manage relationships with key stakeholders and your peer group, remaining positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult and challenging situations
Have a pro-active approach to solve people and customer problems and to remain focused on priorities for the team as a whole when faced with conflicting demands
