Account Manager / Estimator - Print

Company - This is to work for a self-adhesive label manufacturer established in 2001 working with an extensive range of clients in a wide variety of industries, from cosmetics and pharmaceuticals to food and drink, throughout the UK
Overview - To manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing customers by effectively communicating both commercial and technical information, coordinating internal departments and correctly administering appropriate processes. Responsibility will be held for maintaining and growing allocated budget. In coming new business will be allocated within the team, responsibility will be taken to convert the enquiry and manage the client on-going.
Roles & Responsibilities -
* The main aim of this role is to manage creative projects, which exceed client expectations, on time and budget.
* To be the main point of contact for a list of clients and provide an exceptional service to them.
* You will be required to deal with client queries and project manage the projects from brief to production to launch
* Book out adequate time for design and photography projects and working with the Traffic Manager to ensure this
* Creating creative written briefs
* Producing marketing audits
* Present design idea to clients and ensure their client systems are up-to-date
* Keep knowledgeable of market changes by attending regular store visits to review designs on shelf.
* To work within the remit of ISO9001 and PS9000
* Support the new business team with quotations, presentations and meetings
Experience Needed:
* 2+ years proven client services experience in the Label or Print industry
* Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided
* Technical knowledge of various printing processes including; flexographic, gravure and litho.
* Experience of Estimating would be an advantage
* Able to coach and mentor Account Executives
* Must have excellent organisational, written, spoken and time management skills
* Excellent use of Microsoft packages
* Experience of CERM or another MIS system would be advantageous
