They are now looking for an eCommerce & Digital Insights Manager to join their team and oversee the company’s eCommerce and digital marketing activity.

The Role  

As the eCommerce & Digital Insights Manager, you’ll take ownership of our client’s website and online activity. 

Overseeing all eCommerce and digital marketing activity for the company, you’ll focus on driving revenue through optimised user journeys within the eCommerce strategy.  

Your role will involve:  

- Line managing one member of digital marketing staff  
- Developing our client’s digital strategies by implementing emerging trends and technologies  
- Managing the work of digital agencies  

About You  

To be considered as an eCommerce & Digital Insights Manager, you will need experience of the following: 

- User experience and insights in the digital and/or eCommerce sector  
- Implementing digital tools, assets and platforms  
- Managing a website CMS (Content Management System)  
- Google Analytics and Ads, as well as SEO tools  

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience in the digital or eCommerce sector, but this isn’t essential. Agency management experience would also be an advantage, as would experience of line managing others. A full driving licence would also be beneficial.
