General Manager – 37.5 hours a week
Annual salary – £56,590

We are sad to say goodbye to our General Manager, whose contribution to the development and sustainability of Liversage Trust over the last seven years has been invaluable, but we now look forward to finding her replacement to help deliver our mission. Almost 500 years since the formation of our charity, there are still people in Derby struggling to afford the cost of living, and as long as the people of our city need help, the Liversage Trust will be here for them.
As a large almshouse charity, with a mix of residential and commercial premises, and a 40-bed care home, we seek a forward thinking, motivational manager, able to plan and prioritise a complex and diverse workload. With a degree, or equivalent, and housing management experience, you will lead a tight-knit staff team, with a family feel, and work closely with Trustees to help shape the continued development of the Liversage Trust. The position of General Manager provides an interesting and challenging mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, and will provide great rewards on a personal and professional level.
