British Canoeing is the United Kingdom's Governing Body for the sport and recreation of canoeing and kayaking.  This is an exciting time to join British Canoeing, as we develop an exciting and ambitious new strategy for paddlesport in the UK (2017-2021).

Working as an integral part of the Coaching team and reporting to the English Coaching Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to get involved with administration across the whole of the team.

The role will involve administration tasks, providing excellent customer support to the workforce and customers, processing all queries, registrations, applications and complaints.  The role will also involve verification of courses, maintain appropriate records and certification.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate across a range of groups and partners and will be able to plan and prioritise a busy workload.

Applicants for this post will be able to work on their own initiative and be prepared to get involved in a range of activities across the team. Ideally with customer service experience you will have excellent IT and organisational skills.  This is an ideal position for someone interested in sport and is looking for a role that will give variety and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a busy coaching team.
