Job - Residential Support Worker
Location - Caerphilly
Salary - £18000+
We have a great opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join a well established provider of residential childcare. Working in a 4 bed service with young people with emotional and behavioural problems, you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people with all aspects of their daily lives, both in groups and on a one to one basis.
The company offers full induction, supported training and competitive rates of pay.
Ideally you will have experience working with children and / or young people within a similar environment. QCF Level 3 would be ideal but not essential.
