Our client is a social housing provider, owning and managing circa 3,785 properties and providing services to over 5,000 customers across Gloucestershire.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a growing Property Services team.

The position will involve carrying out annual gas servicing and repairs of domestic boilers including, Valliant, Worcester Bosch, Baxi and Glow Worm. Repair diagnostic skills are an essential feature of this role. There is also a requirement to take part in an out of hours’ standby rota, for which there will be additional pay.

Candidates must be CCN1 qualified as a minimum. Oil and commercial qualifications would also be advantageous but not essential. Experience of carrying out gas servicing and repairs are essential along with the technical knowledge required to carry out these tasks. You must be enthusiastic and have a willingness to be flexible when required. You should have excellent health and safety awareness and a full UK driving licence.
