Reporting to: General Plant Manager and Plant Supervisor
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Alternating shifts 7am - 4pm or 1pm - 10pm - Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP25,000 p/a plus Discretionary Bonus, Pension Scheme, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 20 days holiday.

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Plant Operator to join their team in Aylesbury. The smooth running of their site and machinery is imperative to the company's success.
The Role:
* Responsible for the day to day operation of the facility ensuring the Anaerobic Digestion plant functions efficiently and effectively and maximises the performance of the facility.
* Work closely with the site team and maintenance staff, SHEQ professionals and sites visitors.
* Involved in continuous improvement efforts and maintenance activities
* Take part in special projects as required to ensure continued day-to-day performance.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working on a mobile plant
* Experience in an industrial related field, ideally Anaerobic Digestion or Waste & Recycling
* High SHEQ standards and sound knowledge of safety practices
* Forklift truck licence or operational health and safety qualification is desirable
